This Privacy Policy explains how Greyoak Ventures LLC, doing business as Log3A ("Log3A", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Log3A service (the "Service") as an operator.
This policy is for operators who sign up to use Log3A. If you are a homeowner or property owner receiving a text message from a Log3A operator, the privacy of that message is governed by the SMS Privacy Policy that applies to your operator's business.
Account information you give us. When you sign up we collect your name, business name, mobile phone number, email address, business address, applicator license number, license categories, and license state. You may also upload a copy of your applicator license card and a business logo.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe returns to us a subscription identifier, the plan you selected, the status of your subscription, and the last four digits and brand of your card.
Application data you submit. Every application record you create through the Service — product, EPA registration number, application rate, target pest, coverage, method, weather conditions, applicator, customer name and property address, timestamps, GPS coordinates, and any notes or photographs you attach.
Communications. The SMS messages you send to and receive from Beth (our AI intake agent), and any emails or support requests you send us.
Automatic data. Basic technical logs including IP address, user agent, timestamps of Service use, and error diagnostics.
Service providers. We share the minimum information necessary with vendors that help us run the Service:
These vendors are contractually restricted to using your information only to provide services to us.
Legal. We may share information when we believe in good faith it is required by law, court order, or valid governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
Business transfers. If Log3A is acquired, merged, or sold, information may be transferred to the acquirer subject to this policy.
Aggregate, de-identified data. As described in Section 6 of the Terms of Service, we may share aggregated, de-identified application data with third parties. Personally identifiable information is stripped before any such sharing.
We do not sell personally identifiable information about you or your customers.
When you submit a job record, you often provide your customer's name, property address, and sometimes their phone number or email so we can deliver the record to them. That information is treated as personally identifiable information under this policy and under Section 6 of the Terms. It is used only to deliver the record you asked us to deliver and to retain the required compliance copy. It is never included in any dataset we share outside the Service.

Residents of states with specific privacy rights (California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and others) may have additional rights under state law. Contact us using the address below to exercise any such rights.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted database storage, restricted employee access, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify you by email or portal notice. Non-material changes take effect on posting.
