We collect the mobile phone number you provide to us directly when you sign up for lawn care service, along with the service address and service details needed to send you records and care instructions about treatments performed at your property.
We use your mobile number solely to send you text messages related to your lawn care service, including confirmations that a treatment was completed, post-application care instructions (such as when it is safe to re-enter the treated area), and your service record. We do not use your number for marketing unrelated to your service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the text messages you have requested (for example, our messaging carrier), and only as needed to provide that service.
Message frequency varies and depends on how often a treatment is performed at your property. You can typically expect a message after each completed service application.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will no longer receive service text messages. Reply HELP for help.
